Beef Stew
READ THIS FIRST: This Beef Stew is the exact stew I remember from growing up-hearty, wholesome and delicious. This is super easy, high in protein and really filling, so definitely one of my go-to recipes during a busy week.
Ingredients

- 2 pounds beef stew meat

- 2 pounds russet potatoes, diced

- 3 cups sliced celery

- 4 carrots, peeled & sliced

- 2 bay leaves

- 1 tbsp minced garlic

- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

- 1 medium white onion, diced

- 1 1/2 cup chicken broth (beef is better, but I always have chicken and it works great too!)

- 1/4 cup flour

- 1 tsp salt

- 1/4 cup soy sauce
Directions
- Put all ingredients in crockpot and mix together thoroughly.
- Cook on High for 6 hours.
